Installed new battery and lost turn signals
I recently replaced my battery thinking it was the problem not knowing it in fact was my solenoid ........however after installing the battery I have lost my left turn signals including the one on the dash. I asked a mechanic at the dealership and he didn't have a clue and suggested searching for a possible electrical problem which sounded costly. It worked before the install......any thoughts to what the problem may be ??????? I've checked all the fuses.

What was your initial problem symptoms?
Have there been any resent changes prior to the symptoms?
Read the DTC code to find out what your computer may have stored a fault.

Did you have the 1st battey load tested?

To WTB.....I'm a little green to your ? about computer codes but here's what happened........
....I suspected the starter was going because of the occaisional odd sound on engine starts but went on a trip anyway. The sound became worse but sounded like that when the battery is weak and doesn't have enough power....so I didn't test anything, found a dealship...and put in a new battery....it was 4 years old anyway. Everything worked before I put the new battery in and now its only the left signals...front, rear and dash that are gone. I've checked all the fuses, bulbs and battery connections....everything seems fine. I asked at my home dealership and they're scratching their heads when I inquire about it. Its kind of weird that its all 3 lights.
As it turns out with the starter, the contacts in the solenoid were oxydated.....I cleaned them and the noise on start up went away...........hence the sound being similar to the weak battery.
The problems is where do I start looking for the source of the signals disappearing to ??????? Hopefully before going back to the dealership and letting them flounder away @ $120+/hr
