We will use our Fuel Moto piston kits, pushrods and with gasket sets, along with Wood's Knight Prowler cams and Directional lifters. The cylinder head machine work will not be done on site, however we will handle assembly in house. This will give us 100% control over the support and overall quality of our kits.
So does this mean you will not offer the Revolution cylinders at all? If so, that is an interesting change.

Sounds like a perfect build and upgrade. One question. Should the pistons/rings etc. be broken in before a dyno tune? I assume at least 500+ miles? Dynoing after a build could be less than ideal. Am I wrong or just over cautious. It would be great to get it built and tuned all in the same day, but is that wise?

Jamie,
Are you using a .030 Cometic head gasket or stock? The cometic will bump up your compression a bit. I didn't see it what is the CCP with this build?

Default Cams first then Jugs???

Jamie,

I have an 07 Ultra. I am thinking of swapping out cams first and then next winter the Jugs. I purchased a SE 255 cam off ebay that I was going to use... but after seeing your numbers I want to go with your setup for both.

What is your advice on a cam swap this winter and then either next summer coming up to visit you for the jugs or I'll tackle them my self.

What would be the price for the parts for just the cam swap and do you recommend it in stages?
