I second Shannon's exclamation....they are!

My FM 107" build is putting out 130 foot pounds of torque, and I am plenty happy. In no hurry to spend more money on "bigger/better" for power that would be nice to have just for bragging rights, but that I'd really rarely tap into. I'll have that someday, but for now I couldn't be more happy with my FM product and outcome.

Mike: We may live in about as good an area in the country as anyone for maximizing power on a solid build due to our altitude, air quality, and temps. Let me think....

2012 Road Glide
FM 107" kit (complete) w/Woods TW-777 cams
FM Level B heads
Stock throttle body
V&H Power Dual header
Rinehart 3.5" mufflers
Screaming Eagle Heavy Breather
Power Vision

I did the build myself and got lucky...it's been rock solid for over 25K miles. Took it to Bob at RC Cycles in Hayward for the dyno tune, and then later sent the map to Jamie along with a few data logs for a little fine tune adjustments. It was a process, and took time. From the time that I started to being able to say "I'm there", it was a solid three months. Maybe five; I can't remember because it's been over two years. Point being though that it took some time.

The key things to my outcome were:
1. Good build using tried a true components that were designed to work together
2. Good dyno tuner
3. Our environment
** AND......superlative customer service and follow through by Fuel Moto staff (came back and added this one, because it was/is absolutely key)

Nice, funny I’ve never heard anyone other that RC cycles mentioned in this neck of the woods, they are right over the hill from me too.

Default 107” FuelMoto HD kit

I have installed over the winter the 107” heavy duty cilinderkit with the 10.25cr pistons, Woods 555 camschaft, Woods directional lifters, fuelmoto adj pushrods. Stock heads with new AV&V hp springs, shimmed to equal pressure. Cleant and smooted out porting. Feuling OE+oilingpump and camplate kit. SE heavy breather, Sert, Vance&Hines High output short with the silent Db killer. 129 ft/lbs and 97hp on the rear wheel. All tuned by a Dutch expert in Harley tuning on the dyno. there is Some more to gain with de db killer removed, but the bike is to loud then. Next challenge is to put the torgue into forward speed without losing the beltdrive and going to sprocket and chain. This all is done on my 2010 Fatbob.

HP seems really low for that build. 103's with just woods 222 cams and exhaust make 98ish HP.

Correct, there is some hp to gain, bit then I have to remove the DB killer ( and in that case you loose a little torque). But here in Europe there are a lot of country’s with noice regulations were I can’t ride then.
