I'd recommend going with the 18 cause you are going to spend the money anyway and you can see more of the wheel with an 18. You see mostly tire sidewall with the 16 and the ride is about the same.

I personally don't like the 21" wheel on a touring bike, but hey, if you like it, that is what matters.

Wheel looks great!

If it was my money, before the rear wheel, I'd finish the front and put on a set of nicer rotors, chrome lower legs, caps and chrome calipers. And when the next set of cash comes in, go for the rear wheel and etc.........

I'm with you on this one. A 21 just looks dumb, not to mention the handling the issues some end up with. To me a 21 makes it look like a hack job bike built from different bikes and parts. To each their own I suppose.

Looks good. Good with a 18 in the rear. You will see more of the wheel with a 18.

Really like the look of the 21" front... get to the rear when you can.. Hopefully I'm not too far behind you.

My buddies said i was dumb to spend money on the 18" rear wheel.But now every time we are walking towards our bikes they love it. yours looks good.
