Thanks!! I had to remove my outer fairing today to install my gps and XM radio. Very easy and straightforward.

Congratulations on the project completion! Do you have any pics you can share? Am thinking about getting mine painted too. I have the White 2013 UC. Just curious how it looks. I am so used to staring at the black inner fairing on both this one and on my '09.

Go to any bike event where there are lots of bikes. Walk around and look at all the different bikes especially the ones with painted inner fairings. It doesn't matter what color it is a painted, the inner fairing looks so much better and more like a finished product. Compared to a painted ones the bikes with matted black inner fairings just looked drab and plain. Like an unfinished product that needs something done to it.
