I asked for info on Harleys new lowering shocks that have an adjustment behind left saddle bag and got 1 positve reply. I have people telling me that the 440 progressive shock is very good. Can any body give me some help on the best shock to lower bike and still make my bride happy? She feels all the bumps.
I bought the S/G 12 air shock and the bottomed out all the time then tryed the 940 Ultra progressive they were better then tried the 2011 S/G CVO HYD shocks and I love them they ride as good or better than orginal 13'' shocks. 440 progressive in front
I guess I was your only positive reply before on the 54680-10 shocks.
Well I did a 200 mile ride on both Saturday and Sunday (400 total) last weekend and I am still happy with these shocks.
We hit one bad bridge and I knew the bridge was a big drop off, but my back wasn't effected. When we stopped a buddy on a Fat Boy could hardly walk. He was cussing up a storm holding his back over that bridge.
