saddlebag filler panels

I have '05 Road King Classic FLHRCI . Does anyone know who makes chrome filler panels that will fit with the nostalgic bag rails. I know most manufacturers state they wont fit with the rails. Seems like someone would. Thanks

I also have the fender rail and detachable docking kit. I found the part number in 2007 H-D book. Picture shows fender and saddlebag rails. It says wont fit with rear docking or fender rail but picture looks like it has both. Sorta wish I could run into someone who has installed. Our Harley shop doesnt have in stock of course. Thanks for the part number I am just still not 100% ?
