Wait a minute....I have to break out my violin. When we talk about how cold it is, we usually get " yeah I really froze on this morning's ride it was a chilly 75 deg".
Cold weather gear for 40 deg. Up here that's a quilt lined leather jacket and some heavy riding gloves.
When I went to school in Miami, I used to laugh my *** off when people would bundle up around 60 deg.
Call Al Gore and complain!

It was 26° in Baton Rouge this AM and 24° yesterday. That's the bad news. The good news is that highs will be 70° tomorrow and 73° on Wednesday.

Its rainy here in CA today but cant complaint too much was able to get out and ride a about 150 miles yesterday by myself.
