Default 103 stage IV or 120R

Looking at both but can't decide. Talking with dealer, he said I can see about 100-110 hp&tq out of stage 4 with one year warr. and 25% off kit. I really want the 120R but the no warranty? He will give me 20% off motor and parts needed for the 120.I asked what if it blows on the dyno he said tuff luck? that scares me!

No one can answer that question for you. I'd go with the 120, you could build it to the same output at a lower stress.

Bob- That is exactly where i am at. Can't decide between the 103 Stage 4 and 120r, but i am leaning toward the 120r.

Guys, I test rode a SE103 stage IV and then walked back and ordered my 120R. There is no comparison between the two. They aren't even in the same class. Get the SE120R and any dealer worth a **** would fix a 120R that blew up on the dyno.

Warranty is same on a Stage IV 103

Theres no substitute for cubic inches when you want torque and torque is what makes a Harley fun! I've had both and I agree a 103 is no comparison....

Bob - What dealer is giving you 20% off the 120r c.m.? Hale's HD has been the cheapest so far and they are not at 20%. I would like to give them a call!

The Stage IV is not warrented by HD (it states like most SE parts for Race application only). I don't know why he told you that.
That being said ask some one who has had the 120R for a while, they are new but people on here have them.

The Stage IV is no where near the power of the 120R. If it's pure raw power you want get the 120R
