Umm....

What in the world are you talking about? The wheel base remains exactly the same. It is the distance between the front and rear contact patch. Short of mechanical modification of the motor, it is unchangeable.

Also, all else being equal, when speed increases, the radius of the curve increases.

To carry your assertion to its logical conclusion, a person could make a tighter turn at 25 MPH than they could at 2 MPH. Clearly you've picked up a wrong idea somewhere.

It's true, once the bars are locked in a turning direction, the slower you are able to move will enable you to make much tighter turns.. Along with proper friction control (clutch/ throttle) and front brake control.
