My owner's manual says minimum of 95 RON (I'm in Australia), but I usually fill up with 98 RON. It's only a few cents extra per litre so why skimp? I would never do less than 95 RON (manufacturer's recommendation in handbook) as I don't want pinging damage to my $40K bike.
When you spend big bucks on a bike it makes absolutely no sense to penny pinch when it comes to maintenance / fuel. You need to protect your investment.

I like resurrected threads. I don't like the forum "gotcha" where it violates some protocol to resurrect threads, but posters get slammed for not using the 'search' feature and starting well discussed topics anew.

It seems 91 is almost always available but there have been times when I've filled up with pumps that looked like they were from the 70's and they didn't have multiple choice.
