Polk Audio vs Hogtunes tweeters
 

i had the hogtunes tweeter pod on my last bike and liked it but always looking for something different. my fairing is out being painted now and i'm planning on trying the Polk tweeters. has anyone done a comparison on these two?

I'm using the Polk tweeters, but I'm sorry I don't have any comparative info for you. I have them with Polk 6.5" speakers and a Wet Sounds mini amp. The nice thing is you can place them where you want and they have directional adjustability. I have absolutely no complaints.

I have the same as above and a set in the back but no comparison yet either just installed and not quite finished yet, waiting on my unit to come back from iron cross audio.

Ive recently changed my polk audi speakers for the hogtunes and must say the hogtunes are way better. Better and deeper sound at much higher speed.

was your plan to change the hogtune tweeter pod by installing the polk tweets in the bar? Thats what I'am currently looking for a tweeter small enough to fit into the tweeter pod.

You won't notice a whole lot of difference in tweeters.
