ThrottlePak
Hi guy's,
Just came from my Indy and he told me of this new product he saw at the v-twin show in Ohio, it is designed to help with throttle lag with throttle-by-wire motorcycle. Plan to have it installed with my next service a couple of weeks from now. Will let you know how it works. http://www.vanceandhines.com/product...rottlepak.html |
Never noticed a "throttle lag" myself.
|
I removed the throttle lag (which I never really noticed) with my TTS MasterTune, also calibrated the speedometer. I'm glad I don't have to spend another $220.
|
Both the TTS and the SEPST (or whateverthehellitis) already have that capability.
|
I don't have a tuner but I have a tiny bit of throttle lag, most notibal when ruising at 70 or so and then wack the throttle to pass in 5th or 6th gear. I am interested to see if this works I is available thru mail order places for $180 so if it does work pretty inexpensive.

What throtle lag?

throttle lag? we don't need no stinkin' throttle lag. after getting my sepst dialed in on the dyno, there's absolutely no lag at all.
|
Didn't know it existed
Now that I have a $300 PCV, I don't feel compelled to spend another $200 on a throttle "lag" gizmo...even though I COULD!
They make a poor selling point for something most of us didn't care about. $220? Made "In-house"? Sure.... |
