I haven't been on the forum for a while.................With all the suggestions and mods on here it was getting too expensive! lol

Anyway, I have bought a slotted cast 16" rim and a ABS bearing kit for the rear of my 08 Street Glide with ABS . I am about to install the the bearings into the new wheel and I was wondering if anyone could tell me which side of the ABS bearing has the pickup and which way it should be facing?

I could look at my old wheel but I haven't taken it out yet because the garage is too cold. lol I want to get the new wheel ready so when I get around to it I can just swap the wheels.

Greenish tan color side of the bearing faces the outside so it will be in contact with the sensor. Remeber they can never be exposed to magnets!

Old thread, but, I'm colorblind. Groove-side/printed inner race is IN then? I made the mistake on my last bearing and had to pull the ABS and get a new one to install.
