I posted this over in the Dyna forum also:
I installed the autotune put about 20 miles on the bike came back to check trim levels and no trim levels. The autotune is enabled in the pcv. I have the autotune plugged into the diagnostic plug (identified per the fsm) have all the colored wires in their respective holes and screwed down. They are hooked up from #1 = front cylinder and #2 = rear cylinder. Can bus cable connected from PVC to autotune and termination plug is installed. Up graded the pcv software to 1.0.4.0 and the firmware to the latest 1.5.5.5. I have the base map from fuel moto installed. The bike runs fine just the autotune isn't working. If I start the bike the computer will read the rpm's, fuel adjustment and the duty %. Since I updated the software the engine temp does not read anymore. One more question, my autotune is only 1 box and not two like the instructions call out. Must be the latest version? Also the green lit is lit on the pcv and the red light on the AT blinked 3 times twice before it stayed lit constantly. Any suggestions?
I had a problem installing the 'firmware' update but one I got that unzipped into the right folder the AT started working. Good luck, it's frustrating that there is so little instructions about the AT. I'm sure the folks at FM are keeping busy with IT support.
try downloading and installing the firmware upgrade again. I had the pcv with at on my last bike and when I upgraded the firmware I hade the same problems you are having. I took 3 tries to get the download done right.
I uninstalled PCV software and reinstalled it then downloaded the latest firmware and installed it also. just got back from a ride and still no trims.............until I clicked on "get map" and the new trims showed up. Clicked accept all trims and trims zeroed again. I have to say the instructions are vague as h3ll. So all is good. Thanks to the members that had input!

I think the default setting is to have the PCV map transferred to the software when launched, but it is a good suggestion to check this. Also, check to make sure AT is enabled in the software while the PCV is connected to the computer.
