Well here it is. WORD! Ok, all kidding aside. I had a seat done by them after talking to them first, 1,000 miles later seat was still not right. I called them and was told send it back to be re-moded, shipped it out on a Monday, they got it Wednesday. I called them Friday and was told seat was done, plus a couple extra mods I asked to be done and was shipped back to me that morning. I say a 10 star review, asked what I owe them and was told, nothing and should be getting it back to me Tuesday. Now review went up another 3 stars to a 13 star review. Sounds to me like GREAT customer service. That's my story and am sticking to it.

 

Good to know. People making the choice to do a "GREAT" job, rather than merely a "good" job makes all the difference.

 

I have always heard this about Mean City Seats. They would be my choice too 1

 

They are an upstanding company! I'm happy with their work.

You haven't gotten it back and tried it yet so hold your review.
But I do hear they do outstanding work and have great Customer Service.

 

They did a great job on a seat I had a few years ago. I'm planning to send my latest one to them to get narrowed a bit this winter, maybe some other mods they suggest, tho the stock seat is not uncomfortable for me.

 

I live close to MCC and had 2 seats done by them. Both times I've ridden in for the mods and both times they said I could use their golf cart to go have lunch. Been very satisfied with their work.

 

Ive heard about that a few times as well.

 

My review is based on the customer service, fast turn around, no cost and extra mods requested at no cost.
