Cumulative upgrades over past year, V&H FP3, Screamin Eagle Eliminator Air Breather, Michelin Commander II tires to replace my worn out Dunlops, V&H Power duals header pipe, and although I ran part of the season with the stock mufflers with the V&H Power Duals, I did some online reading and finally decided I wanted to upgrade the mufflers and yet keep things relatively quiet, so I installed the Screamin Eagle Fatshotz, HD's version of Supertrapp slip ons with good initial results. Most of the upgrades were an attempt to increase power and reduce heat and bad detonation from the hot temp 103 cu. Was trying to keep my FLHTK stock, but decided I would make some small performance upgrades for the sake of comfort and long distance riding.

Would love to have my bike with me on vacation so I can go riding with my dad. The popping and burbling from the exhaust is something that doesn't bother me. I might try the baffles to see if that helps. Might have to remove again if not loud enough.
While downloading a canned map there is an option you can select of 1-4 firecrakers that eliminate the burbling, it works. Try 2 firecrackers first. If it does not eliminate the popping, go to 3 then 4 is needed. Only takes a few minutes. After doing this, ride the bike with several on/off key cycles to allow ECM to adapt to the download.

Beretta, To me the four point docking hardware is functional but unattractive if it doesn't have something mounted to it. I went black to try to match up with my black theme but still it seems naked (waiting for a tour pak for two up trips). I like your choice of hanging the stealth (?) rack off the back end to polish off that rear end. Really cleans up the look on an awesome looking ride.
