What did you do to your bagger today?
Swapped out my stock bars on my 2009 Road King Classic for pre-wired 13 inch bars from Hill Country Custom Cycles (HCCC). Not too tough however I still need to swap out the bushings and change the clutch cable. I changed out the brake line with the longer one from HCCC however the stock clutch cable fits (sort of... ) so for peace of mind I will swap that out when I change our the bushings. Regarding not changing out the bushings during the swap, I did not have a jack so I could raise the bike on the lift to turn the wheel to get to the bolt... I was too uppity and once I saw that was the only way to do it I though screw it I'll just do it later. I can keep all wires and lines attached and pull the bars off to get the bushings swapped out later (at least I keep telling myself this...) Got a police seat put on so with the increase in seat height along with my height 6'4" (and shrinking) the new bars make a huge difference.
Installed Rockouts in my rocker support plates (09 RKC 96ci). Finished yesterday but didn't get to ride it around until today. Went for a spin for about 100 miles this morning am thrilled I'm no longer riding a sewing machine!

Took mine to Lowes to get a socket for the V&H air cleaner bolts. When I installed it I had to use an 8mm box wrench (it's a 12 point bolt). So I figured I'd use a socket next time I clean it to make it easier. I had to beat feet home as the rain was coming. Didn't get wet though!
Not a great pic of the bolts...

I pushed my 12" apes more upright, my wrist was not liking how they were laid back the way they were. Went for a short ride and the angles seemed much better, I'll commute to work tomorrow 130 miles round trip, so that should see how comfortable they are now.

I did my first 3 hole fluid change since buying my '12 Ultra Classic in June and also installed a K&N air filter.

Does this come with all the throttle by wire installed? I saw they had a 14" kit, I did not see a 13" They have a sale going on right now with 18% off. Their 14" complete kit is $923
Yup, throttle by wine came with bars. Great kit. Made it pretty easy to swap the bars.
