What did you do to your bagger today?
Cryingjoker , that seat looks awesome , I'm shopping for a seat right now . I've just got the mustang solo , and now my wife is ready to ride with me again ( Hip Surgery ) . Most of the seats I've been looking at seem to push the rider closer to the tank . That one looks like it seats you further back , might be worth a try .
Sorry to hear about your wife , mine had the same , but needed a new hip to fix . She's better now , but it's all in the physio . Biggest concern I have is making sure she is comfortable . Most rear seats are too narrow , and I want to be seated further back from the tank . Makes it harder to decide on the seat .
The bike is the Bonneville Salt Denim, was only offered on SGS in 2018. The pipe is Krylon high-heat 1500 degree gloss black. Wasn't sure if you meant the bike or pipe.
From what I hear very good. All reviews were very positive and one guy on the forums says he has the 4 1/2" Vipers and swears by them. I will know in a few weeks when the get here. I will update the group with photos when they arrive and after install.
Installed a color matched fairing vent and a complete biketronics kit with The BT4250 amp and BT7P1 pro fairing speakers. Need to get the bike flashed back to stock. Rear speakers not working yet.
Last week installed some 16" Apes on my 2010 Road King, tomorrow I install my chrome fork lowers!
Dealer wanted $500 to install chrome fork lowers on a damn Road King, and then another $100 to install my 21" tire that is already mounted and balanced! No thanks...

$100 for the front wheel assembly. To do the lowers, they would have to remove and reinstall the front wheel anyway. They were really trying to screw you around. And MoCo wonders why its sales are down... Allowing their dealers to pull stunts like that on their loyal customers is a part of the problem. Enjoy the work. tp dd50

I realized that too, when I spoke to them on the phone, I told them you know the front wheel is coming off anyway right? All they would have to do is enlargen the holes to move the fender up a little... I only debated having dealer do it so I could have it done while I was working...screw that!
