Radio Firmware Upgrade Issue - MAC OS

I attempted to upgrade the firmware and it just gets hung up on "Verifying DSP Image". I think it's due to the way the CD was burned but I'm not sure. I can't get iTunes to do it, only by right clicking the files and clicking burn to disk.

Any ideas?

Be sure to copy at the slowest speed.

you might have to burn the disk using a windows system

:icon_ditto: I just did this yesterday and the first time I burned a CD at over the recommended speed of 8x or less and it did the same thing. Tried again at 4x speed and went through no problems.

Yep, burned mine at the recommend low setting using Toast Titanium on my MAC and world great.

I burned on a DVD and it didn't work, I went back and did it on a cd and it worked

The lowest speed for the disk utility is 10x. I may need to try the Toast software.
