Default Acorn Nuts for Road King Classic- Where to get Stainless Steel ones?

I just bought a 2006 Road King Classic that needs a little love. The acorn nuts on the windshield are crusty and rusty. I would like to replace them with stainless ones. What size are they and does anyone know where they can be bought.

Thanks,

Ed

Try Lowe's. Take off a crusty one & match it. You will have to polish the SS.

Any Harley Dealer has them, usually in stock. They are like 50 cents each.

Support your Ace hardware store, they have everything and good service too, for a good price.

Yep, "Ace is the place", our local one carries that stuff in stainless and/or chrome.

My local ACE didn't have them, so I will try Home Depot. If not there's a Harley dealer nearby. Thanks everyone for the replies.

Try a farm store if you have one in your area.We have one that has a complete isle, both sides dedicated to nuts, bolts, etc. even a section for chrome pieces.

Thanks Masterblaster, I went to the ACE on Weston Road and they didn't have that size. I will try the one on Pines. If they don't have them I'm going to All in One Hardware and Lumber in Miami. It's near my job and they always have everything.
