Default High Oil Pressure? Found Leak!

Finished the spring project...255 cams, true duals, pcv, Baisley oil spring on my 07 Ultra.
When cold runs 55-60 psi, down the road at 65 mph 55-60 psi. when up to temp and idling 30-35 psi.
Is this normal?
Before mods pressure was about 30-35 down the road and 5 at idle.

Had small oil leak. Found two bolts that hold exhaust bracket to trans not only were loose...but may never have been tightened. Got them tight no leak! Lucked out with this one!!

Upgrade to a feuling oil/camplate you see 60 plus psi at start up and at cruise it 40 /50 and idle it is 15/30 psi. will drop you oil temp by 20/30 deg.

I think how cold means a little. My 07 SG has the se255 cams and duals about like yours. I put a HD oil cooler on it from day one. The oil cold is 40- 50 psi's say and when it get warmer 180 degrees the oil coiler opens up and you can watch psi drop a little say 5 psi's. It take a little longer to get to 180 degrees than you would think if the day temp is cool. I check the oil temp on dip stick all the time. Idle is about 15. Mine runs about first dot passed the 32 psi.

Most aren't using the Baisley spring in the newer style higher flow pump, but yea that's normal pressures.

Sounds about right to me too. But then I question how accurate is the HD oil pressure gauge? Anyway, I sure feel better about hot engine oil pressure at idle in the summer with the basely spring.

Dawg, What is being used on the 07 style hi flow?

Im about to replace my lifters and was thinking of boosting the oil pressure, but have a concern that since I have some minor seepage from the cases between the eng and top of trans, the higher pressure will increase the leak, has anyone noticed increased leakage?
