Default S&S T-111 first impressions

since I could not stuff a SE120 in my 06 Sg I took the 131 out and had S&S t-111 installed with super G card

this is a Square motor equal bore and stroke--

1st thing you notice is that it's very very quiet, very little vibration

the power is smooth linear (sp)

I put 100 miles on it today

S&S break is 500 miles no more than 3k rpm then 500 miles normal but no racing and no dyno until 1000 miles -- I am going to do 200 to 400 miles tomorrow and then we'll see what its got

Lyn glad you got it running. Once she gets broken in let me know how she runs and gets that front wheel up. It's to bad we can't get that se 120 in older bikes cause that is really a good price.
What else did you have to buy besides the motor? Do you feel it the s&s a good value?
Which bike you taking to Vegas. There's going to be as my boy says alot of guys hunting during that weekend

I got 950 miles on this motor in a week--very very smooth torque -- it keeps rolling and rolling easily get to 120mph in no time---I believe my 107 will take it off the line but 111 will catch and pass it in 1/16 of a mile and keep rolling.

I am amazed at the abscence of vibration and mechanical noises a little tick is about all you hear.

once I get 1000 miles on it were taking some bikes out from 103 to G-square S&S 126 for some track racing--I'll post results

Default S&S is great

I installed the V107T in my bobber 3 years ago. No problems at all for 3 years now. Pulls like a frieght train, scares me everytime I head down the track.

Saw the new T111 and would like to drive one, but I'm happy with the 103 in the police bike.

that was exactly me impressions -- I have not taken it to the limit and don't think I will 120mph (maybe 10 seconds) and had a lot left it is averaging 40 - 42 mpg where my 131 was good at 30 mpg the 3 year warranty sold me this motor -- if anybody is thinking about getting one call a lot of dealers they can be had for about $5400 (list price is 6495) + oil line kit and a couple of spacers--the oil line kit could have been designed better but I guess S&S knows what they are doing

Glad to here you are happy with the motor. Did you do the install yourself? What were the spacers for? I think I am going to put the Injected T111 in my Road King Custom, any tips or advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Stn Mtn HD did the install--the spacer goes between the primary and motor -- a $20 item. Any good indy can do the install -- the motor has a 20 hour rev limiter on it -- every hour of riding time the rev limiter goes up -- S&S set the final at 6200 rpm

Default Any more scoop?

lkro...how's she running? Still good power...still nice and quiet?

Your mileage running 40-42, or has that gotten any better with more miles?

Thanks,

: )
