Does anyone have the black short-angled mounts installed on a chrome engine guard? I'm curious to see if it looks tacky or nice.

I have them (not positive if mine are short or long, but they are black). I intend to get a black engine guard, but I dont think they look bad in the mean time. Ill get a pic up soon for you...

You definitely have the short-angled version, which is likely what I need.

The chrome mounts would be less noticeable; however, I agree with you. The black doesn't look bad on a black bike (my SG is Vivid Black).
