I put the Heritage-style bars on my '11 FLTRU, using all stock cables and wires. They weren't set up for interal wiring so the install was a snap. I always wished they were just a bit higher and further back, but they were very comfortable and a big improvement over stock. And, only $79 to boot.
Unfortunately, that ride got totaled after I was hit head-on last October. I just installed Wild Ones 515's on my new ride, a '12 FLTRU. They seem "perfect" so far. Except for the $200 price tag.

When I had my 2000 RG I ran a set of bars off of an 03 Heritage. The only area where there was any fine tuning to be done was with the front brake line which had to be tweaked slightly but other than that they were a straight forward bolt on. They were a killer deal too.....a friend gave them to me when he changed the bars on his 03 Heritage. It was on of the best mods I did on that bike.
