Picked up the bike on Wednesday and thoroughly enjoyed the 3 hour ride home in the 80+ degree weather, well the last hour as I neared home dropped to around 60 degrees. I could not get over the handling of this bike! The mufflers and end caps are still on back order and will be shipped to me hopefully next week.
Last night I installed the 4 point docking and the passenger backrest, the Harley Goodies floorboard extensions and my Fox Creek windshield bag, everything fit just as advertised and was an easy install knowing I saved a few dollars not having the dealer do it. Sunday we are installing the adjustable back rest.
Face still hurts and can't stop the big grin on my face.
Thanks to all who gave advice on the different models and accessories prior to my purchase!
Beautiful bike! Congrats! Hey, I can't believe you're leaving this great state, and would rather keep your tax dollars in your own pocket than give it to the tax and spend politicians.
My SE Street performance mufflers came in, easy install and I am very happy with them. The bike actually sounds like I hoped it would. Also did the heritage bars, 2 hour job with no issues. I will post pics later, can't post on phone.
