stock 2011 SG with 103, Vance and Hines Power Duals, Hi-Output slip ons and PM super gas A/C, Dynojet Power vision with Fuel Moto tune got 74.73 MAX pwr and 90.39 MAX torque...Tech on a new Dynojet Dyno and said the torque numbers were fairly decent for stock 103. Air fuel ratio was very flat and looked good. Run conditions were 81.78 f, 29.45Hg, and Humidity was 56%

The Harley Website lists nominal torque for the 103ci motor at 102ft/lbs torque at 3500rpms. Is this a true engine dyno spec or power to the rear wheel? I have to guess that it's a pure engine dyno. They list their stock 96ci motors at 92.5 ft/lbs torque at 3500 rpm.

I couldn't feel any difference on the ride home as far as performance yet. I need some more ride time. Total investment was 1,637.00. It seems to me the benefit was more in Torque rather than Horses.
Incidentally, I forgot to mention, I had a 2010 Heritage Softail that I added a stage 1 to, and Dyno'd. It's numbers were 68.23/73.85 Max HP, and 83.33/86.36 Max Torque. Just to give you an idea of the difference between a 96 and 103 performance increase.
I have a 2011 103 SG with a 2009 stock header/stock intake/RC Components 4" Eclipse exhaust. My numbers were 71.4 hp and 88.5 tq. I really hope that when I sink that kind of money into "go fast parts" that it goes faster than that!

Did you do a stage 1 download ?
My 13' RK is a little sleepy, just put a set of Screaming eagles slip ons. Been thinking about intake step.
Do you notice a difference a heat off the engine ?
Thanks in advance, Dan

QUOTE=SkipCarey;8438035]After gettin rid of stock mufflers not the stock header pipes just the muffflers, I went with some samson silver bullet slipons no baffles a K&N aircharger intake and A vance & hines fuelpak it woke the 103 up it was pretty disppointing until I made the changes but now its like riding my old night train, Im guessing because I havent had it dynoed yet at least 10 to 15 horsepower gained just from the saeat of the pants feeling.[/QUOTE]
