I know this is an old thread but I wanted to give a shout out to the guys at The Bike Exchange. My wife bought a stunning Road King from them last month and she noticed a few very minor things she wasnt happy with as well as wanting a manual.
These guys' kept their word and the transaction was "aclass".

 

Once again the Bike Exchange is a top notch outfit. They are a great customer and build gorgeous bikes. They have recently merged with Southeast Customs so if you want a sick Dyna talk to Ric over there.

I know this thread is old but right now we hear at EM PERFORMANCE and Burnout Alley are fixing the front end on a 2010 flhx that the bike exchange in Gastonia nc built for someone. They put the wrong bearings in the front wheel left the pinch bolts out of the front forks. Pulled the outer fairing off and it looks like a 10 year old got a hold of some wires and tried to install a stereo. The owner of the bike said he is going to sue them for the crap they did to his bike. Adding pic of the stereo install in this post
