Just wanted to say how impressed I was with the service I received from Hogtunes.

When they say lifetime warranty on speakers they mean it. I had one where the cone separated from the metal frame. Sent them a picture expecting to get a price for a replacement and they shocked me by sending a new one out under warranty.

Sent the picture on Monday and received new speaker on Thursday.

 

Yep-- it sure is. I had a problem relating to the capacitor on the back of one speaker and PEZ sent a new speaker to me in Aussie immediately-- it gets no better than that.
