After having the chrome fall off of my Reinhart tips in less than a year and listening to the baffles rattle until I finally wrapped them in fiberglass tape and drove them back in and after listening to the warranty people at Reinhart say I could purchase new tips for $75 and tell me they had never had a complaint about the baffles rattling despite the 1000+ internet posts about them..... If you would have said that you replaced yours with the chrome tubes from your vacuum cleaner and got better performance and sound, I would not have been one of those that asked "Better than Reinharts?"

The sound we all prefer is completely subjective, but I agree, I have not found a better sounding slip on than the 4" Jackpots. A buddy has Rinehart on his Ultra and I would never switch his for mine. It's hard to describe, but the JP's just sound better!

I am having a terrible time trying to decide what slip on to get, I like loud and deep, my bike came with old V&H 4 inch slash pipes, the previous owner had license plates wrapped around the baffles held on with hose clamps, they would rattle and still do after I removed the plates, anybody know the difference in sound from a 4 inch to a 3 1/2 inch pipe?

Jackpot vs VH
I have an 05 Ultra with the 4" oval Slash V&H. I'm happy with them, sound and look great. My buddy has a 2011 Street Glide and purchased the Power package ie... Jackpots with ceramic coated header, AC and tuner and his bike sounds great, pipe look as good if not better than mine and it runs fantastic. He couldn't beat the price anywhere for what he got when compared to other options like Rine's or V&H and you just can't beat the customer service you get with these folks.
When I purchase my next bike, it will be the same setup that he has. I've spent a small fortune on some engine work, 95" kit, cams, SERT and dyno time. Next time around I'll go with the Jackpot system and an auto tune module.
