nocoloco, how do you like that windshield and what kind is it?
Klock Werks 16" tinted flare. I love this windshield, not only does the flare help to stabilize the air as it passes over the top but it also adds some downward force to the front of the bike which counter acts the lift caused by the aerodynamics of the shark nose fairing. The only thing I don't like about it was the price, $300... OUCH!
Sure am glad I got one - REAL pleased. I do have some tips WRT a couple of add-on mistakes I made when I bought mine though.
Caution (maybe) on the sundowner seat. Back in 2010 anyway, the passenger area steel pan was a terrible square shaped hump with only about an inch if chitty foam on top so, before you buy the sundowner, check the shape to see if they corrected this problem.
In addition, you didn't mention it but steer clear of HD's "nightstick" slip-on. Sounds chitty unless you buy an open end-cap kit from the OEM (Super-Trapp) and then, they blue around the exhaust exit pretty bad - performance is great but looks bad.
Other than that, I'll say again that I'm real happy with my FLTRX. The only gripe I have at all (after 15K miles) is my poor choice on some add-ons.
The Roadie USE to be Harleys best kept secret! It is truly either you love it or
hate it scoot.
Unfortunately, it seems like more folks are starting to love it. The haters will never know till they get on it!

i disagree with that. if you want a decent, relatively inexpensive slip on to use as a stop gap until you get that high dollar system that you know that you want, then the nightstick is a decent buy.
but, to get decent sound out of it (or any other slip on), you have to get rid of the cat.
as far as the end cap bluing, of course it will. but it will clean up fine if you want to go that far.
I went from an 01 electra standard to a 11 rg custom. I am still having wind buffeting issues ,but once I get it squared away there is no comparison to the batwing. This thing handles like a dream + I love fugly too.

The buffeting was a real problem for me too, 60-65 mph was about all I could handle but with the addition of a bigger windshield and vented lowers now I can do 80 mph all day long.
Still working on a few deals on an 11. Im hoping for the 103 but if I can get a good price on a 96 Ill take it. Everyone hear has me really wanting one with all the good comments!!
I figure they are looking to move those bikes now that the 12 is out. Just bought my 103 custom a month ago. I got a good price and the dealer still had 6 more . Pretty sure they are there too. Everyone seems to want a batwing

No problem WRT different opinions Skratch. I wasn't clear about a Super-Trapp "open" end-cap and bluing though.
Super-Trapp has an end-cap replacement kit (various size openings in the cap itself plus comes with additional disks too). It's cheap & easy, permits back-pressure adjustment for custom tuning, and is what I used to get damn decent sound with the CAT still there.
Their open end-cap comes flat black though so that's not what blues. It's the chrome on the can itself that blues around the edges at the exhaust exit.
You're right that Blue Job can remove most of the bluing for a while but it just comes right back. That's the feature I don't like.
ETA: I bet the issue is a chrome Nightstick (Super-Trapp) will likely blue unless you remove the CAT that's inside the collector. That CAT's a major source of excessive exhaust heat plus removing it will improve exhaust sound too. Unfortunately, I don't have the tools and welder to do that myself though.
