Default Fuel Moto 107" Hellraiser Test & Dyno Info

As many of you know Fuel Moto has been working on another 107" engine combination for those of you looking for a higher reving, higher Hp build that combines a nice broad power curve with a strong upper RPM hit. We are calling it the "Fuel Moto 107 Hellraiser", this super high output package is aimed directly at the "ride it like you stole it" crowd. We have spent several months testing different head/port configurations, different compression, different cams, and different throttle bodies. This kit is quite a bit different than our other 107" kit.

Here is what we we cam up with:
Fuel Moto 107" Piston/Cylinder kit
Fuel Moto Level C heads (extensive porting, blending, oversize valves, etc.)
10.7:1 compression
Fuel Moto Valvesprings
Wood TW8-6 cams which features .590 lift and 246 degrees of duration

This combination also requires the following:
Strengthening the crankshaft
Strengthening the clutch. I generally recommend the AIM Lockup which works very well and does not increase clutch level pull
Compression Releases
Oil Cooler
Bored and Ported Throttle Body. Fuel Moto will be able to provide this service, there are also other options such as HPI
5.3g Injectors
An Exhaust system and Air Cleaner that will support this build
Most importantly a proper tune

Below is a dyno chart for the Hellraiser 107" kit. 2010 Touring equipped with Jackpot 2/1/2 head pipe and Jackpot Pro Touring mufflers.

Wow! gotta love those power curves.

How much does this cost? Is there a kit price and installed price?

What is done to the crank to strengthen it? Would this be included in the installed price?

Can't wait to see a video of this thing in a bike! You know we have to see a big smokey burnout with the Hellraiser engine.

Thanks for all your hard work.

Are we talking wheelies now? I know it isn't a sport bike, that's why it is so impressive to see.

Price please, I'm sure it's reasonable, under 5k, and I'm there.

Wow, the stock crank with those crummy tapered rods would last about 3/4 of a second with those numbers...

My 124 isnt making that.

I don't believe the stock lower end is going to grenade with that build. Mine has never moved in 20k miles making 114/120 with my 103". It all depends on how the bike is ridden. If wheelies, burnouts, hole shots, and speed shifting are part of your riding style, then by all means, get the lower end done as. If that's your riding style, then a stock motor isn't going to last you long. That doesn't mean you can't spool it up. If you ride it with a sane style you could very easily never have an issue.

In my opinion: Lower end strengthening shouldn't be required unless you are going to abuse the motor, but is never a bad idea if the budget allows.
