Here are the results for the Fuel Moto 98" Big Bore kit along with our Fuel Moto B cylinder heads. We tested different pistons, heads, and also did a wide range of exhaust testing. This chart was done with our new Jackpot Pro Touring 2/1 that we will be releasing about the end of the year. We are very happy with the overall performance of the kit, at 106Hp/106Tq square we picked up 33Hp/29Hp over where we started with the stage 1 mods as recieved. We will be offering the kit for use with stock heads, as well as our Level B heads. I also expect that we would see even more high RPM power with a larger throttle body as we retained the stock unit in our testing.

2005 Touring, Fuel Moto 98" kit 10.0:1 compression, Fuel Moto Level B heads, Wood TW-555-6R cams, Jackpot Pro Touring 2/1 exhaust, FM Air cleaner, Dynojet PC-V, Stock throttle body

Those are nice numbers, however I'd like to know what bumping the compression up would do for numbers and reliability.

We made in the 90-95Hp range with the stock heads depending on the exhaust system we were using. Here is a chart from earlier in this thread with the following components. 2005 Touring, Fuel Moto 98" Big bore kit, Stock heads, Wood's TW555-6R cams, Stock head pipe with Jackpot mufflers, Power Commander

We settled on 10:1 which ended up working out the best all around for this combination with the stock throttle body.
