Cams...2011...anyone have experience.
 
I have 2011 RK..103 and want to upgrade cams. Any ideas.? Looking for more power...etc...already have done a stage one upgrade.

if your dealer is doing the work and you want no warranty issues, the 255 is a pretty good choice. But once again, opinions are like a$$holes......

Or 254s have run both.Good low end tq mine hit over 100tq at 2650 dont fall below tell 5000 110 peak tq. with lite headwork. 255's real similar

I went S & S 570.

Very happy no issues.

I wanted more torque but dependability was my criterial for touring. Will have to get back with mileage.

254e. Works great in mine.

make sure they change the bearings as well. new cams will seat differently. do you have compression release? if, no, may want to go with 255's.

I've heard great things about the Woods TW555. I am almost convinced on them though there is the warranty problem. I will install them myself... Damn the torpedos, I say.

If you want to do the install yourself then you need to watch J&P Cycles' Youtube video and atrain's step by step procedure with photos and a list of parts/tools.

204's are another strong consideration with stock 103" motor ...
