Default Fuel Pak and Stage 1 Download

I'm installing V&H Dresser Duals on my 2011 Road King. I already have SE Street Performance slip-ons. The HD dealer recommends a Fuel Pak even though I already have a Stage 1 download. Is the Fuel Pak necessary? I went on the V&H website and they don't have a map listed for the Stage 1, just stock ecm. Any ideas?

You can run the same FP map over the stage I download as you would over a stock ECM. It will work just fine, and your bike will run better. The Fuel Pak is a fuel adder, and even with the stage I download, you're running the lean factory fuel settings.

Dobeck/Techlusion DFO/TFI would be a better move than the FP IMHO. The B'dude is right, even with the download (waste of money) the motor is running lean.
