5th gear wine is not a problem , it makes 5th gear stronger as it's a spur gear instead of helical cut teeth , also puts less side load on the trans case when you're really going for it passing traffic.
2010 seat should be about 1" lower than the 2009.

key word is Limited model. The 103" was standard for the Limited but was not available as an option for the Classic or Ultra models. Only the 96".

Yea there not so limited anymore with the 103 like they were in 2010-2011. Still a nice bike. I wonder if the limited will survive in a few years? Seems kinda strange two have 2 Ultra's in the lineup. Then again seems strange to have two Fatboys in the lineup.
I'm pretty sure the Sound System on the '10 is 4 speakers and 40 watts. The sound system on the '09 is 4 speakers and 80 watts.
Nope. Not sure what the 09 has, but my UC 10 has the Harmon-Kardon 4 speaker 80 watt radio with intercom, CB, CD, Aux, AM/FM, and weather channels. Half the owners manual is dedicated to operating the radio.
