Just another point of order when doing this. Make sure you de=pressurize the fuel line or when you pop that quick disconnect fitting you'll wish you had. Easiest way to do it is to remove the fuel pump fuse, then hit the start switch for a couple of cycles to release all the pressure in the line. Once you do that you'll only get a couple drips of fuel out of the line. When reassembling just put the fuse back in and crank it up. It's a self priming system so you shouldn't have any issues.

Like I said, easiest way is to just let it sit overnight and Not turn it on. The pressure is gone.
I have taken my tank off several time. No pressure. Just don't give any power to the tank.

I just got my 2010 rk yesterday i need to run wires under the tank great how to my only question is the quick disconnect fuel line. is it like a air hose style

Yes, similar, same concept. You won't loose but a couple drops of fuel when you pull it.
