Question Lookin' for passenger peg mounts

Hey all

I'm wanting to take the passenger foot boards off my 2003 Road King and replace them with pegs. I'm going to use this bike solo 90% of the time, and if the Mrs hops on, it will just be for scoots around the lake on Sundays. If we're goin' anywhere, it will be on the Ultra. Anyway, I digress.....

In looking for passenger peg mounts, all I can seem to come up with is chrome ones. I'd rather go with black so they don't stand out so much. Am I looking in the wrong places?

Anyone know where I can find some black passenger peg mounts for a 2003 FLHRCI?

Thanks as always...

Turkey, I'm in the same boat.

I ride solo 99% of the time, and don't like the looks of the passenger boards anyway.
I just removed them, and the brackets, completely on my King. But my Glide Ultra has a touring seat (for now, anyway).

I'm leaning toward the peg mounts that are used on the Street Glide - but they only come in chrome. I would just get them powder coated before installing.

Another double post.
This site has become notorious for this... and running really slowly. WTF?

oh good it's not just me double posting--- possibly has something to do with site sending a reset packet.
I notice this on a couple of computers with different browsers- even tried changing my DNS server

Pegs? I have the SG pegs on my EG Classic.

it's a huge bike, it's not like the eye is drawn to them.

they could be painted black if desired, sandblast the chrome, and paint ( or paint over the chrome and touchup as needed.)

reason I changed was I ride solo 95% and the right side pass floorboard kept banging my calf when paddling around the driveway

Yea, I guess it's gonna be chrome, then see if it bothers me enough to get them powder coated.

Thanks folks.
