Cricket's noise on decel??

if the belt is loose, on decel it may squeak. esp on lowered bikes or the streetglides ( which are lower)
look at the outside of the belt for shiny wear marks
for tension, use your fingers, just push up on the belt at the midway point, use moderate pressure- 10 pounds force ( a gallon of water weighs 8 pounds, you know how much force it takes to lift a gallon )
and see if the belt deflect more than spec which is in your manual.
