Can't beat Thunderheaders 2-1 for performance. But these Klock Werks double back headers perform excellent. Basanni slip-ons and a S&S cam make this bike run and sound great.
A bro of mine purchased a left over 08" Street Glide in May of 09" and like most, the first purchase was a set of pipes (Rineharts) BLACK true duals. They looked totally insane. 6 months into it, he had them replaced because of rusting.
Today, the second set has rusted and went old school and just rattled canned the hell out of them.
Long story short, they look killer new. But seems that within time they lose their killer black luster.
V&H ProPipe.. Pretty happy with the results. Finish is holding up nicely after 7,000 miles of use, great sound, and noise levels are in line as well.
Not best pic of it but...
