Great warranty service from Hogtunes
I recently had a Hogtunes fairing speaker fail 2 years after it was installed. As the speakers carry a lifetime warranty I notified Hogtunes by email on the 2nd of November.
My email was responded to AFTER HOURS by a customer rep informing me that they will UPS one to me the next day (the 3rd).
The speaker arrived at my house in AUSTRALIA on the 8th of November.
Doesn't get any better than that. Kudos to Hogtunes customer service!

I know this is an old thread
Had one tweeter fail in the tweeter pod.
Contacted HT yesterday morning. They email me this morning,Ask for pix,ok send pix, hour later, you must send it in,ok shipping label, no response.. hour later send them another email and say: why not just send tweeter? obviously tweeter blew and filter assembly blew.Hour later got a sincere explanation they want to fix it right and tweeter cost is high where pod is not much at all so sending me tweeter could only need filter assembly or could be both tweeters or some combo and they dont want to do this twice...so respond with OK, email me shipping label?.this was at 2pm
maybe I am confused but in there policy it says they will provide shipping label..or you have to...huh? and no mention of RA(?)
Either way I am in no big hurry. Its just a tweeter pod.This warranty was important in my decision knowing that parts are hard to find and speakers do blow...
1)do they or do they not provide shipping label?
2)they seem to be picky and a bit slow?
3)my experience is good so far just not MIND BLOWING like the other reviews I have read....and yes I have met all there requirements,orig receipt,orig owner.
I probably would never type this but dam! there other reviews are crazy good?
