Where can I find a inner fairing for a 1990 FLHTCU, been looking on ebay with no luck.

Also, anyone makes replacement inner fairings?

no, I just bought a 1990 ultra classic , inner fairing has a huge crack/ hole below the radio hole.

 

I had an 1993 ultra . I wrecked my bike back in 1998 and they put a 1994 inner fairing on my bike. I think the fairing is the same on your 1990. In 1994 they changed the fairing to include an extra switch for accessories. I believe 1994 thru 1996 or 1997 should fit. You will have to buy a rocker switch to fit the extra hole.That is what I had to do . Check your local dealer for part numbers on the inner fairing and see what years the part no. remains the same.

 

naw, the fairing change going into 1996, so he needs a 1995 or earlier...

You can use the later inner fairing, but if you try to use the later fairing (58497-96), you will find you will need to change a lot of other parts.
The first things that will change is the outer fairing and windshield. Next, the top of the triple tree is different. The ignition and fork lock changed.
Those are the most obvious. I know because I did it.

So it may be better to fins a way to fix the older one if you cant find a direct replacement.
