Hogtunes No Sound

I noticed the date of the original post.
I'm sure he's back to listening to his radio or might even have a different bike!
Just my input here.
I lost the audio last year and thought the radio died.
I did plug my headset into the bike and could hear what was playing on the radio.
That proved the radio was OK.
Pulled the fairing off and found the Hogtune amplifier power plug had popped out of its connection.
Reinserted the plug and everything worked!
I did add a spot of silicone along the edge of each plug to keep them from popping out again.

I am experiencing the same issue. Audio will come out the speakers randomly. I could be riding for 10 minutes and then goes mute. I took the bike to the dealer and because I have Hogtunes NCA 450-AA and Hogtunes speakers they told me they cannot fix it. I am sure they did not even bother checking the HK diagnostics.
I did run the HK diag and I am getting Diag B2017 FL Speaker Open. Any ideas what should I check besides the fuse and wiring? Could it be a bad HK unit?

Tested again the diagnostics and the same error still shows Diag B2017
I guess I will be contacting Iron Cross Audio tomorrow. Any other ideas?
