Default Road Glide - Mini Apes...who's got em?

Any pictures would be appreciated...

I'm looking at the HD mini apes and couldn't find much on them for RG's on the forums.

i can't help with any pics but i will tell you this... i rode the 2012 SERG at a demo day at my local dealer.. and i'm pretty sure that bike comes with those bars.... i noticed that they are only 1" in diameter, which in my opinion looks a little weak when you get into taller bars..... and that, im sure, is most likely a big reason why they are priced the way they are..

Your Roadie is SWEET.... with everthing else you've got done on that ride i think a 1.25 or 1.50 inch set of bars would be more fitting.....

The Road Glide is going to use the same style/type of handle bars as you would use for a Road King. Here's a set of the Wildones 502's 12.5 Apes on my Road King. Cables and lines are +6 Inches.

I just bought a 2012 RGC. My current plan is to run the bagger nation monkey bars.

So you referring to the HD mini apes? I would go along with Miike1158. Go with a fatter bar. They'll look better in opinion. I went with the 12" Chubby Outlawz. Bars are a tuff thing to search out on these because you can't determine if you'll like the feel. Good luck.

The H-D road glide mini ape is a 1.25 bar. However they are also 330$ MSRP. I'm running 14" santee apes on my road glide with stock cables and wiring and love them. I do however wish they were a little wider so if I had to do it over again I would go with Wild 1 14" bars instead since they are wider.

I had Wild 1 10's or 12's (can't remember which) before the Santees and thought they were nice bars as well.

No pics here at work, but I've got Wild1's 515b on my RGU. Love 'em.
