I just ordered my compressor...

So if I am reading everything correctly, the Monroes lower the bike more than the Gabriels at full down??

 

Not sure about that chopt. I dont know what the Gabriels dimensions compressed/extended. I do know that any lower and mine would rub! I can run without air so i don't wanna go lower.

 

Gabriels Spec

Specifications:
14.35 in. extended length
9.75 in. collapsed length
4.6 in. damper travel
Loop upper mount style
Loop lower mount style


Monroe Spec

Specifications:
0.5 in. piston rod diameter
14 in. extended length
9.5 in. compressed length
4.5 in. damper travel

Monroe will drop a 1/4in from what the spec sheet says. My Monroes came in black. If you have any questions just ask Coolerman69 (he's pretty good with drawings HAHA) or PM me.

 

Appreciate it, my gabriels will be going back if they are not black. The picture from where I ordered them (amazon) showed them being black and showed the monroe's being white. We shall see

 

Funny thing is Amazon showed my Monroe's being white and they came in black. Didn't matter either way I'm blacking out all the chrome anyway so I got paint sitting here.

Nah, you are ABOUT halfway between Mempho and Nashville, I am half way exactly. From my house 5 miles to I-40 then left or right 100 miles to either Memphis or Nashville. Ain't nothing like West Tn is it?
