If you want pic's measurements from those. I believe they differ from the standard.

Here ya go. Attaching four pics, took these with my cell phone. Not quite sure what measurements you need for "center-to-center", but the center of the rail to the center of the other rail is about 22", and mounting bolt to mounting bolt is 10 1/2".

i installed hard bags on my 11 rkc. the problem, i think, is the saddlebag guard rails i have are for an 09 p/n 91286-09 (harley says they fit 09 & up but i think its a mistake-there was also a thread about this stating 09 only fits 09) i can make the rails fit but when i try to install the slotted saddlebag filler strips p/n 91670-09 they will not fit unless i modify them by enlarging the slot sideways.i wanted to get measurements of the 91286-10 rails to see if they are indeed different from the 91286-09. can you tell me the width on just one of the rails large bar to large bar.thanks for helping. jimmy

 

Jimmy, it's exactly 11 inches, OD to OD on the large bar.
