Default PYO Monkey Bagger Bars and Painter Inner Fairing Installed - PICS

Finally wrapped up my Paul Yaffe Monkey Bagger Bars and painted inner fairing install last night.

Here's the skinny - I went with 14" PYO MBB's. I'm about 5'10'', and on my C&C Solo, my arms are just parallel with the ground. When I slouch, my hands are just a bit taller than my shoulders.

For cables, I went with +8 on everything. Magnum Chromite cables from Dr. Vtwin. Also ran extensions for the wiring, and kept everything mounted inside the fairing at the stock locations.

My windshield is a Long Ride Shields 8" Ultra Curve. The points on the bars are just inline with the curve on the windshield.

As for my inner fairing, I had it matched by Gunslingers. I had originally ordered a color matched one from HD, color Tequila Sunrise, but HD recycled the color name. It was the wrong color. Custom matching was the only option for me. I think they really did a great job too.

Time to wait for spring, or at least all this snow to melt.

It looks absolutely fantastic!

The windshield is the exact same height as the top of the bars and the lines actually flow together.

Details like that MAKE a bike.

The painting on the inner fairing looks like an exact match.

I bet you are very happy.

What year is this CVO BTW?

some color matched lower fairings would look killer on this bike IMHO.

Thanks Joe! I saw your thread the other day about the passing lamps. Your sled is one nice looking bike as well.

It's a 2010. Originally came with a vivid black inner. 2011 MOCO started color matching them on the SESG.

I'm really happy with the finished results. This was probably the last really big mod this bike will see. After 2 years, I love the way it's come together.

BTW - the bars flowing with the windshield, pure happenstance. I didn't plan that, but I agree, those details make a bike.

Dammit Joe, don't give me any ideas. Those I can get from the MOCO too. Lowers, new highway bar, hardware...

Maybe I'm not as done as I thought!

Sounds good Joe. I hope to finally get to your neck of the woods this year too. I know there is some beautiful riding up there.

Thank you for your service as well.

Looks very slick. Once I'm done with blacking out my chrome. Painted inner and monkey bars are next. Again looks real good.
