Going to install SE255 Cams - Question
I have a stock 2011 96cc Ultra Classic with 4" Rineharts with no cat and high flow stage 1 Alen Ness air cleaner. Bike has been dyno tuned. I want more torque and I am going to install these Cams. While I am doing this, what name brand adds, do you recommend? Such as adjustable push rods, etc. Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated. This is the only engine upgrade, I want to do. Hope everyone had a good Christmas and hope everyone has a Happy New Year.

The way I read your post is that you are installing SE255's and simply want brand names of adjustables to use? Am I correct? I personally would not worry about putting in new lifters on a 2011 as I doubt you have many miles on them. I would however install new inner bearings to the HD SE style which are the Torrington/Timken B168's. Get them from either HD or wherever you can get the best price as they are all one in the same. If you're hell bent on using adjustables instead of going through the top and reusing stock, you can use any of the mentioned adjustables. If you go SE then I suggest the newer -08 tapered style over the -99A's.

I think your getting confused.
With low miles you dont have to replace the lifters. You will need to replace the push rods unless you go into the cam install by also pulling the rockers so that you can reuse the stock push rods (more work). If you cut out the stock push rods you will need adjustable to replace them with out pulling the rockers. Dawg is recommending the SE Tapered Rods, a lot of people also like the Fuel Moto Adj Push rods (I used the SE on my softail). Do change the cam bearing to the better Torringtons.
There are a lot of You tube and videos on here on how to change the cams. FM also had a good write up on their site .
Good luck, its worth doing...
