Default Street Glide sputtering/running rough

i'm looking to see if anyone else has experienced this. I have a 2011 StreetGlide with a 103 motor. Rinehart True Classics with 4" mufflers, a performance machine AC, and TTS programmer. I dont think it's ever really run at its potential but lately i feel it running real rough. Starts up...sometimes it takes two cranks to get it running. The first attemp it turnsover and does nothing but backfire. the second time it starts right up. On the highway when Im cruising at 75-80mph the bike sometimes wants to cut off. Not getting enough fuel. Im kinda hesitant to take it anywhere as ive had 2 different "tech" attemp to get it right and both have failed miserably...and both SELL the mastertune. Will the autotune help solve my issues, so I need to remap. I have been told that if the speedo isnt calibrated it will run rough. I have also been told with my upgrades I should be getting around 180 to 190 miles to a tank. Anything over 200 and the bike is not running correctly.
Something about not getting enough fuel and the top end of the power band. Any info would greatly help
