Primary Bearing bad ??

This is becoming a lesson in frustration! I found the seal BUT I don't believe this part fits my bike. What are people doing with 2007-2012? The bearing (not installed in the primary yet) slides right on the shaft, there is aprox 5 thousandths of an inch difference with the bearing ID being too large. I imagine if I squeezed it into the primary it may get tighter but...

I'm the OP It says 2009.... No Spining on the Shaft must be pressfit
I used a 15 pound sledge hammer and had to heat the bearing up...
The Parts I used were OEM Harley.....
Get the OEM Parts and be done.....

What great idea! I was hoping to not have to use OEM as that system is a bit flawed but i guess it is what it is.

I went OEM and borrowed the tool for installation of the race. I have on idea how you got yours on with out that tool!!
In 2008 HD went to a smaller shaft so 08-12 are a different animal than the previous years. I don't believe that anybody has come up with a one piece bearing/race for those years.
All in all a pretty simple job once you get all the parts in one spot. I also threw in the SE Compensator which added to the cost of this job but it sounds completely different when I hit that starter, in a good way!
